This compliance course was built in Storyline, working with Live Nation’s Third Party Risk Management team to inform business owners at Live Nation of the process to work with third parties. My experience has been that learners want to see well-written course objectives but not before they have context on the topic. So this course is like others I created at Live Nation—we jump right into a quick introductory video created in Vyond with a combination of Adobe Stock images and freehand drawings.
Then, as the learner proceeds through the course, they’re presented with an exploratory map to view different scenarios where working with third parties presents risks and how they could potentially be mitigated.
As each scenario is completed, variables in Storyline track the learner’s progress, so they are free to explore in any order they choose.
The result is a fun and modern learning experience that previously was just text on PowerPoint slides explaining the risks and process of working with third parties at Live Nation.
